My name is Tom Williams and I am a second year student in the Master of Microbial Biotechnology program at North Carolina State University. I am a business-minded scientist with a passion for fermented beverages and food products. With over 12 years experience in multiple industries, I have led both small and enterprise-sized teams from planning through execution of high-visibility projects and programs.
