Career Objectives
Chief among my goals is to build on the transformation occurring in the food and beverage industry, namely through the advent of novel applications for fermentative microbes. And as evidenced by the emerging popularity of fermented foods and beverages, there exists immeasurable opportunity to apply innovative methods in the development of unique products to meet growing consumer demand.
In the short term, my goal is to bring these ideas to fruition as a product manager in the fermented foods and beverage industry, while in the long-term I aspire to bring novel fermented products to market through entrepreneurial endeavors.
