Master of Microbial Biotechnology (MMB)
The Master of Microbial Biotechnology (MMB) program at NC State University is a two-year graduate program that prepares students for a successful career in biotechnology. Students are exposed to both science and business fundamentals, as well as practical lab applications that underlie the biotechnology industry. Semester-long projects partner students with biotech firms in the Raleigh-Durham area, immersing them in real-world projects that provide invaluable experience.

As an aspiring business leader with a propensity for evidenced-based practices, the MMB is the perfect blend of academic rigor and business. While in the program, I intend to pursue the MBA track so that I may attain my goal of becoming a product manager in the fermented beverage and food industry.
